Dismantle of a 17 story building of over 250,00 square feet and 225' feet tall in downtown Dallas was demolished by hand using pneumatic hammers, cutting torches, and Brokk robots. It was once the tallest buildings west of the Mississippi River and to this day is the tallest building to be dismantled in the Dallas, Fort Worth area.
